Mumineen doing Niyyat to travel to Yemen for the Ziyarat of
Maqamaat Muqaddasa, La Siyama Al Dai Al Ajal Syedna Hatim
Mohyuddin R.A. should read and abide by the following
instructions.
1.
To travel to
Yemen, please log on to the Sigatul Yemen website
www.sigatulyemen.com which will
help you to organize your trip. We have also attached a list
of our Coordinators and
Tour Operators in your vicinity.
They will also assist you in arranging all minute details of
your trip professionally, in coordination with us.
2.
All Zuwwar Kiraam, who
are not traveling through a Tour Operator, are required to
fill out our online form (even if in Transit) provided on
our website and e-mail it to us at
faizehatemi.sanaa@sigatulyemen.com
well before their arrival. Also Mumineen should carry a hard
copy of this form. This will enable us to process all
formalities and provide adequate Khidmat on arrival. If you
make any changes in your itinerary after initially informing
us, please email us the changes.
3.
All Zuwwaar Kiraam will need a valid Waraqat
ut Tarkhis and their Ejamaat card.
4.
You will have to obtain a visa before
arrival, ON ARRIVAL VISAS ARE NOT AVAILABLE (Except for
citizens of those countries which have a Yemeni visa waiver,
please check with your local Yemeni Diplomatic mission).
Recommendation Letters are required by the Yemen Embassy to
grant you a visa. These are available from Sigatul
Yemen coordinators (List Attached) and the Sigatul Yemen
Office in Mumbai.
5. Before coming to
Yemen you must
have a confirmed return booking.
6.
Please keep copies of your tickets and
passports with you at all times.
7.
All aged, disabled, patients, and anyone who
requires assistance should give us prior information as to
do our utmost to provide the required facilities (subject to
availability).
8.
In Yemen, Muminaat should be careful
of their PARDAH at all times. They must also wear a MIQNAH
(to cover the forehead so as hair is not seen) and long
sleeves at all times outside of their rooms. As with all
Mazaaraat, Men should wear Libaas-e-Anwar while performing
Ziyarat and attending Majalis.
9.
During your Ziyarat trips in Yemen,
be prepared for long walks and climbing of small hills,
(bring appropriate footwear).
10. Mumineen will follow the itinerary provided
by us, which will depend on your date of arrival and
departure.
11.
Your travel will include long drives and
accommodation in various places, so do not over pack and
keep your luggage to a minimum.
12.
Lawazim Package:
Lawazim
as of now :
a) USD 300$ for Adults (ages above 12 yrs)
b) USD 175$ for Children (ages 2-12, subject to
verification)
Lawazim from 1st Moharraom 1429 H :
a) USD 350$ for Adults (ages above 12 yrs)
b) USD 200$ for Children (ages 2-12, subject to
verification)
This
Lawazim is for a Ziyarat Package of maximum 8 days, after
that, overstay will cost USD 25 per day per Adult & Child.
There is no discount for less days stayed.
USD 50
will be charged per empty seat (Minimum per car 6 pax).
Transit Package:
Transit
Lawazim as of now :
a) USD 100$ per pax (if 1 pax in a car) for
Ziyarat of Hutaib for one day.
b)
USD 50$ per pax (if 2-3 pax in a car) for
Ziyarat of Hutaib for one day.
c)
USD 30$ per pax (if 4-6 pax in a car) for
Ziyarat of Hutaib for one day.
Transit
Lawazim from 1st Moharraom 1429 H:
a) USD 120$ per pax (if 1 pax in a car) for Ziyarat of
Hutaib for one day.
b) USD 70$ per pax (if 2-3 pax in a car) for Ziyarat of
Hutaib for one day.
c) USD 50$ per pax (if 4-6 pax in a car) for Ziyarat of
Hutaib for one day.
We will
only accept US dollars in cash, and to expedite your
procedure, have your amount ready in exact change. We will
not be able to accept credit cards or Travelers cheques.

Ziyarat
of Hisne Zimarmar involves a climb of 1.5 to 2 hours,
including a few portions of the climb in which the path
narrows to only a foothold. Proper foot ware is required.
The climb is not suitable for those with any medical
conditions including but not limited to heart disease,
diabetes, osteoporosis, back and joint problems,
hypertension, low blood pressure, pregnancy, allergy to
sunlight, vertigo, fear of heights, etc, etc. Only those
Zuwwaar Kiraam who are able and fit will be allowed to
climb. The rest of the Zuwwaar Kiraam can visit the foot of
the Mountain.
15.
Other Information regarding your stay
:
Upon
arrival at Sana'a International Airport you will have to
clear customs and immigration yourself. We have an
arrangement with the Official Airport Taxi stand, so if
someone from the Faiz Staff is not at the airport when you
arrive, simply take your luggage and go outside the airport
to the taxi stand. Take any taxi with an official seal on
its door and tell them to take you to "Faiz-e-Hatemi, Hadda,
Share Sifr". The taxi's fare will be paid by the Faiz.
16. Those Mumineen who wish to partake in the Azeem Sawab of placing a
Ghilaaf over the Qubur Mubarak of the Awliya Kiraam AS in
Yemen should make the Ghilaaf of this size : 2.5m x
1.5m
17.
Locker
facilities are available in Sana'a for extra baggage along
with Amanat facillities for valuables. DO NOT KEEP valuables
in your check in bags, locker bags or unattended.
18. DO NOT
distribute money, clothes or any edibles (such as to
children, adults or the poor around ANY of the Mazaaraat in
Yemen. There are Sadaqah Golaks located at all Faiz
buildings in Yemen for those who wish to perform Sadaqah.
19. Be
careful while taking pictures as it offends some of the
locals and/or may be restricted by the government. PLEASE
ask a FAIZ KHIDMAT GUZAR before taking pictures and videos.
20. PLEASE DO
NOT BRING any MUWASAAT clothes unless they are BRAND NEW and
HAVE NEVER BEEN WORN. We cannot accept worn clothes even if
they look brand new. Do not distribute the clothes directly,
please give them to the Faiz Offices in either Sana'a or
Hutaib Mubarak.
